The financial institution can outsource the management of its Visa and MasterCard disputed transactions as issuers and acquirers to SINNAD.
The Chargeback Service includes:

Up-to-date application of Payment Systems rules and regulations
Monitoring of each disputed transaction life cycle
Meeting time management requirements
Reconciliation between Payment Systems reports and in-house reporting
Up-to-date follow up and communication of the status per case
Once outsourced, the disputed transactions are monitored by SINNAD to ensure that they are cleared and settled by the Payment Systems. If the financial institution is using SINNAD’s Fraud Management service, then the analysis of the chargeback cases can be used to define additional rules to avoid similar cases in the future.
